Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by location and will be calculated at checkout.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 14-day return period for most items in their original, unworn condition. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned.

When will my order be dispatched?

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email once your package is on its way.

Is my purchase covered by a warranty?

Yes, all SORU jewellery comes with a 6-month warranty covering manufacturing defects. This does not cover accidental damage or natural wear and tear.
