We want you to be completely satisfied with your SORU purchase, which is why we offer a 14-day return period for all unworn items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on earrings unless they are faulty.

Initiate Your Return

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

Secure Packaging

Place your jewellery back into its original SORU branded box and ensure it is safely packed in a padded envelope to prevent damage during transit.

Label and Post

Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal or use the provided QR code at your nearest drop-off point to send the parcel back to our studio.

Quality Check and Refund

Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
